After you submit your inquiry using the form above, I will contact you directly with session details, location information, and my contact information. The booking process will begin once your session is confirmed, and an official appointment confirmation will be provided upon reservation. 

Yes, I do travel. A confirmed physical or public address is required prior to providing any mileage estimate. Travel quotes will not be issued without a verified address to prevent miscommunication. For safety and liability reasons, I do not travel to any location without a confirmed address. While all sessions are provided at no cost, a gas/mileage fee may apply for travel requests. Mileage rates are calculated based on the current 2026 federal mileage rate and are subject to change without notice.

It is completely natural to experience strong emotions during these sessions. I understand how meaningful and difficult this time can be, and I approach every session with the utmost care, patience, and compassion. You are welcome to bring a spouse or loved one for support. If at any point you need to pause or take a break, please feel free to let me know—I will always accommodate your needs.

Each client gift is thoughtfully handmade with care. Please allow 1–2 weeks following gallery delivery for your gift to be prepared and shipped via USPS. A valid and complete physical mailing address must be provided at the time of booking. Burton Photography LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the client. Tracking details will be provided once available.

Please note: some gifts may include fragile glass items. Use caution when opening and handling. Burton Photography LLC assumes no liability for any damage or injury resulting from mishandling after delivery.

If your pet becomes critically ill or experiences a medical emergency prior to your scheduled session, please contact me immediately using the Emergency Contact tab so we can make appropriate arrangements with care, urgency, and sensitivity.

If your beloved pet passes away prior to your scheduled session, please contact me as soon as possible using the Emergency Contact tab. Your session will be respectfully canceled, and a confirmation will be provided. Please accept my deepest condolences during this difficult time. When possible, I will send a small sympathy card or flowers as a gesture of care and remembrance.

 I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate reschedule requests when possible. However, last-minute cancellations will only be accepted in the case of a legitimate emergency, as all sessions are scheduled around prior commitments. If weather conditions impact your session, I will contact you the day before and/or the day of the session to determine whether it is appropriate to proceed or reschedule. A maximum of one (1) reschedule is permitted per client. Requests exceeding this limit may be considered misuse of scheduling availability and may result in the cancellation of services at the sole discretion of Burton Photography LLC.
