I will contact you directly after your inquiry is submitted through inquiry above. This communication will include session details, location information, and my contact information. The booking process will begin upon confirmation, and an official appointment confirmation will be issued once your session is reserved.

Yes, I do travel! An exact location address (physical or public) is required before providing a mileage estimate. No travel quote will be given without a confirmed address to avoid miscommunication. For safety reasons, I do not travel to any location without a verified address. While all sessions remain 100% free, a gas/mileage fee may apply for travel requests. Rates are based on the 2025 federal mileage rate and are subject to change at any time.

It is completely normal to experience strong emotions during these sessions. I understand how difficult this time can be and I will always approach your session with care and compassion. You are welcome to bring a spouse or loved one for support. If you need to pause at any point, please let me know, I will gladly accommodate your needs.

Each client gift is handmade with love and care. Please allow 1–2 weeks after your session gallery delivery for your gift to be prepared and shipped via USPS. A valid physical mailing address is required at the time of booking. Burton Photography LLC is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the client. Tracking information will be shared once available.

Please note: gifts may contain fragile glass items. Handle with caution when opening to avoid injury. Burton Photography LLC is not liable for any damage or injury caused by mishandling after delivery.

If your pet becomes critically ill or experiences a medical emergency before your scheduled session, please contact me immediately through the Emergency Contact tab so we can make the necessary arrangements with care and sensitivity.

If your beloved pet passes away before your scheduled session, please contact me immediately through the Emergency Contact tab. Your session will be respectfully canceled, and you will receive confirmation of the cancellation. Please accept my deepest condolences during this difficult time. When possible, I send a small sympathy card or flower as a gesture of care and remembrance.

I understand that unexpected situations may arise, and I will do my best to accommodate reschedule requests to better fit your needs. However, last-minute cancellations are only permitted in the event of a true emergency, as sessions are scheduled around my personal and family commitments. If weather conditions affect your session, I will contact you the day before and/or the day of to determine whether to proceed or reschedule. A maximum of two (2) reschedules is allowed per client. Exceeding this limit may be considered misuse of time and will result in the cancellation of services.
