I will contact you directly once you contact me via my inquiry portal above. This will include all the specific details on the session location, what is included, and my contact information. We will then start the booking process. All my bookings will give you an appointment confirmation once your session is booked & confirmed.
Yes, I do travel! However, I will ask for an exact location address whether it's a physical OR public location to ensure you get an appropriate gas/mileage rate. I cannot, and WILL NOT give a gas/mileage rate without an exact address as this can lead to miscommunication on both ends. I also will NEVER go to a location for traveling purposes without an exact address for my safety. This ensures the safety of myself to provide my services to my clients! Gas/mileage rates go based off the gas/mileage rate of 2025 (subject to change at any given time)! The session will still be 100% FREE, however I will charge a gas/mileage fee only if you would like me to travel to you.
Of course, it is normal to cry or break down during these sessions. I do understand how hard these sessions can be. These sessions can be very hard, and a bit overwhelming at times while partaking in the session photographs. You are more than welcome to bring any spouse or loved one to accompany you during the session. If you need to pause anytime during the session to take a minute to breathe, you're more than welcome to. I will always do my best to always accommodate my clients needs!
These are made with love, handmade by me. They take anywhere up to 1-2 weeks at the latest after the session gallery is delivered to be shipped out. I will ask for a physical mailing address at the start of the booking process. This is where your custom client gift will be delivered to you, via USPS. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A PACKAGE BEING LOST IN RESULT OF A WRONG ADDRESS GIVEN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING!!! I will give updates on tracking via the tracking number USPS gives me when I have updates to give. As much as I would love your package to be in perfect condition when it arrives, please keep in mind that USPS isn't as careful as I would like them to be(at times). Package content includes: FRAGILE GLASS PRODUCTS, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN OPENING (IF BROKEN MAY RESULT IN A INJURY) CAUTION!!!
If your pet gets deathly ill or sick before your session date, please get in touch with the EMERGENCY CONTACT TAB directly!!!
If your beloved pet decides to pass away unexpectedly before your session date, please contact the EMERGENCY CONTACT TAB directly!!! I will begin canceling your session on my end, and you will receive a message that your appointment was canceled. I will be sending you all my love and my dearest condolences! I typically do my best to send out a small sympathy card, or flower when I am able!
If you need to reschedule I will do my best to accommodate your needs, and better fit your schedule. However, please do not cancel on me last minute, unless it is a TRUE EMERGENCY (as I fit your session around my daily life and family). If the session is weather permitting, I will get in touch the day before and the day of to either play it by ear or reschedule. I will only allow 2 reschedules MAX, after the total of 2 reschedules it will be beginning to take advantage of my time. This will result in a cancellation of my services being provided to you.
